Personal CPI pecentages

The percentage increase in 1.1. I got this by dividing 162,978 by 161,468. Then i got1.009351698169297 then i rounded it and i got 1.1 because the 9 is higher then five so the next 0 would become 1.

The answer to this makes a lot of sense and it because of the hint that Mr. M gave use, he said divide the next years estimate total so i did and that's how i got the answer. The number that i got is small but it is correct. Well the table doesn't really show a typical day in ISB but some of the items that people bot would be on the typical week for a middle school or high school.

For me on the table nothing need to be fixed. Everything looks in order and straight. But all we would need to fix is that we need a new camera to take better picture of the things we do in school.

  1. I think you'll find that is just a 1% increase if you are rounding it to the nearest percent. 0.009 can be rounded to .01 and if we use "dupe", you get 1% only.

You said it didn't represent a typical week. You are right, we don't buy bikes and iPads every week. Think about the weighting that would need to be applied to the products that would be bought more. Should they be given more weight in the table?
